Terms and conditions rental
Villa Caterina is fully furnished and equipped. Linen sheets, pillow cases and towels (but not swimming towels) are also included.
Price
Prices quoted are for one week running from Saturday to Saturday. Please advise us if you would like to arrive on a different day of the week, or stay for less than 7 days or for more than one week but less than two weeks. Prices vary according to the time of year as follows:
High Season: July - August
Mid Season: June - September
Low Season: April - May - October
Prices include the cost of electricity, cooking gas, water and linen supplied weekly.
Please note towels for swimming are not supplied.
Prices do not include heating which is to be paid at the end of your stay. Heating is not normally needed from the beginning of May until the end of October.
The number of people that can stay in the property is 12. Villa Caterina can accommodate 4 extra persons and the charge is 50,00 Euro per extra-person per week.
Baby of no more than two years of age can stay in Villa Caterina free of charge.
Payment terms
25% of the rental cost must be paid on booking and the balance of 75% cash on arrival. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard by Paypal) or by bank transfer (bank transfer coordinates are detailed on our rental agreement).
Cancellations terms
For cancellation you lose deposit (25% of the rental).
Cautionary deposit
Cautionary deposit (250,00 Euro) In case of damage at the house or its furniture or when using heating, the corresponding amount will be deducted, otherwise the deposit will be returned to the customer at his/her departure.
Arrival in Italy
Once we have received 25% of the rent we will provide you with detailed travel and arrival instructions. Arriva is expected between 4pm to 7pm. In case of being late please contact us.
Cleanliness
The property will be consigned to you clean and in good order. On your departure you must leave the property in the same clean and good order in which you found it.
Departure
Customers must leave the property by 10 am on the day of departure.
Use of swimming pool
The swimming pool is reserved to the customer. At all times you and your group must use the pool in a correct manner and taking normal safety precautions. The owner cannot accept responsibility for your safety.
Animals
Pets are welcome, you must advise us if you wish to bring an animal with you.
Liability
Villa Caterina accepts no liability for any accident or loss of property sustained by clients during the period of their rental or for any breakdown in the supply of gas, electricity and water attributable to public utilities.
