About Us

Villa Caterina is in the vacation rental sector  since 2003. It is situated in Tuscany in the upper valley of Casentino, and it is located in a village of about 100 inhabitants called Lonnano, in the commune of Pratovecchio, in the province of Arezzo.

Villa Caterina is property of the family Magrini and it is personally managed.

It ‘s for people who love the tourism to the art cities of Tuscany - Florence and Arezzo are 50 km far off - and those who love nature - the boundary of National Park forest Casentino is near Villa Caterina-.

The Casentino valley offers many tourist opportunities too. In addition to the National Park,  Casentino have numerous medieval castles, such as the castle of Poppi, and monasteries, such as the famous shrine of La Verna, where St. Francis lived. Going along  few km you can reach cities such as Siena, Cortona, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa and many other destinations in Tuscany.

In addition to the strategic position, Villa Caterina has many comfort for people who like to spend a relaxing holiday, first on all the swimming pool reserved for guests only.
